A very unprofessional company called to replace the hose in the toilet tank. They then asked for a photo in case it was a DIY toilet. It was, but they came anyway. The "repair" section stated that the tank needed replacing. This was known; it was just to tide me over for a while. An hour and a half later, I went to the toilet and the toilet kept running and wouldn't close. I was able to fill the tank with a watering can and flush it beforehand, but now it wouldn't close at all. I sent an email the next day. Shortly after, I received a phone call with the message, "That's why we prefer not to take on such jobs." I could have a new technician come for a fee, and there was no refund. You think you're getting something fixed by a reputable company, so it's good, or at least better than doing it yourself, but unfortunately, you're €120 lighter for an even more broken toilet.

Leaking dishwasher drain; I called at 10:50 AM, and the problem was fixed by 1:00 PM. The employee was friendly and helpful, and your technician, Rob, did a great job quickly, even between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
