We signed a contract for a house with Bouwbedrijf Toolstra, with Kupurus responsible for the installations. From the outset, the heat pump wasn't functioning properly. We were repeatedly told to "wait and see" and that the temperature would increase on its own, without any diagnosis or measurements. Shortly thereafter, a serious leak developed after raising the temperature. Kupurus's communication was excessive: during a phone call, they stated that they wouldn't send anyone unless we provided a photo of the heat pump meter. We experienced this as intimidation and unprofessional conduct. Finally, after considerable effort, an employee came by and performed only a visual assessment. No inspection, no measurements, and no leak detection of any kind were performed. Despite this, possible causes were ruled out without a technical investigation. Upon departure, the advice was to "wait and see" the situation. Meanwhile, electrical circuits are tripping, and the living situation is potentially unsafe and uninhabitable. This has been reported to the Municipality of Almere. We consider the failure to conduct a professional investigation and the downplaying of safety risks to be highly reprehensible. This course of events does not demonstrate due care, responsibility, or professional conduct.
