Direct contact and an appointment for a fallen roof tile. Other companies sometimes didn't even respond. Friendly staff.

I've contacted Keijzer Installation Company several times, but they keep saying they'll call back, but the result is they don't respond. Very dissatisfied with this company.

Four years ago, we had our bathroom installed, and some things were changed without consultation, or the delivery wasn't as agreed. We also had a water softener installed, but scheduling maintenance was impossible. After several emails about this and promises from them to get back to us, we haven't heard from them again. Now we're stuck with a leaking, noisy water softener.
