Ridiculous, just ridiculous of this company, super unprofessional and rude to explain in short. The first day I called them more than 2 weeks back explaining I need an urgent plumbing work to be done, and I was promised they can do it next week, but does not give an expected cost they will charge, after explaining that I do not want a bill of EUR 1,000 for a small work, so at least I should know approx. how much they will charge, they send a plumber within 10 mins at my house for inspection of what needs to be done. Since then I have called 4 times to check when I can have a expected cost, and when we can make an appointment to fix the plumbing, but every time I am told, "Let me call you back, we will let you know by end of today", but I never received any call or response, even after 4 calls over more than 2 weeks.

Highly recommended! They're sympathetic and helpful, and they keep their promises. I'm a VEBIDAK member, so I thought I'd have to wait at least three months, like other members I'd already called, even though it was an urgent situation. But I didn't. Scheduling took a week (which was clearly communicated right away), and then something happened! Help was provided on short notice. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The price was good, even compared to other companies—not even VEBIDAK-certified. As mentioned, highly recommended!

The work wasn't carried out on the agreed-upon date. As a customer, I was never given a clear explanation as to why. I had to call constantly to find out exactly what was going on. Ultimately, the work was carried out seven weeks later. I never received an apology or a clear explanation.

It's outrageous how Moniek from this company, who is apparently the manager, treats you. She ends a conversation with "yoo." She tells me without any apology that I have to be patient because the technician will be arriving at 9:00 instead of 7:30. She starts yelling at me when I express my disapproval. A ridiculous company that I'm unfortunately bound to by my landlord. But take my advice: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FILTY COMPANY!!
