Unfortunately, I can only advise against using Harald Prop Installation Company, especially when it comes to heat pump installations. In November 2023, we had them install a heat pump during our renovation, but unfortunately, the house only gets colder when the outside temperatures drop, despite the heat pump running continuously. What happened after hiring an expert? The heat pump was too small and also completely incorrectly connected, causing cold water to be pumped into the underfloor heating system when generating hot water. Does Mr. Prop answer? No, definitely not. According to Prop, all the experts don't know what they're talking about, and the customer is being left out in the cold. Fortunately, I haven't paid the bill (yet), and we'll have a reputable company install a solution. Not every plumber knows about heat pumps, so HP is strongly discouraged.
