In our new-build home, they neglected to commission and adjust our heat pump, underfloor heating, and incorrectly installed our cooling and heat recovery systems, as well as our ventilation system. When contacted, all Ewalt said was, "We'll take care of it," only to sit back and not be heard from again. This resulted in numerous malfunctions and significant additional costs to get the installation working properly. This company was forced on us by Postma Construction, who also let us down in this regard. I advise you to ignore both companies and look elsewhere; fortunately, there are plenty of reputable installation and construction companies.

I have serious doubts about the knowledge and skills of this company. 1. They cannot install a heat pump properly. (Even after a second opinion from other installers). They indicated that it was quickly 'shoddy' work. 2. They cannot finish internet cables properly and neatly, and despite good agreements, they do whatever they want anyway. 3. The circuits are not logically connected; everything is mixed up. If a light outside short-circuits, the lights go out in the toilet and in the attic. 4. Work performed by an intern is not checked by a professional (very reprehensible, both for the intern's learning and for the customer). 5. In the event of heat pump malfunctions, they are very difficult to reach or answer the phone but do not take any further action regarding the poor performance. 5. Had to incur many extra costs due to Ewald's poor performance.
