A very unfriendly company, and they don't acknowledge the damage. Terrible service, water damage in my daughter's boiler room, her books, stuffed animal, and other belongings, and the carpet got wet. Strange system; shoes from the closet were thrown on her bed, and trash was left behind. (Photos also show the damage.) My belongings were rummaged through; I'm missing a bag containing some groceries, among other things. Dirty water was poured down the stairs at the neighbors' fourth-floor apartment, and my ground-floor balcony also got dirty. I reported everything, saying this wasn't normal practice, as my balcony also got dirty. The manager said they would contact Volta about the damage claim. No claims settlement, but the man now wants me to settle damages with Volta as the underdog. Don't do business with them, and keep an eye on their practices and your belongings. Worthless.

Extremely unfriendly to customers. The man on the phone wanted to schedule an appointment with me for a new boiler. I'm also having a bathroom renovation planned for the first quarter of 2024, so I wanted to have that done together. The man on the phone completely disagreed. Several boilers were being replaced in my complex, and he had nothing to do with the upcoming bathroom renovation. I could make an appointment with him now, or I wouldn't get a new boiler. I was completely flabbergasted by this remark. He called three times with the same message, and when I told him I was recording the calls for my own safety, he completely lost it. He told me to just deal with it and then hung up. He argued that he was replacing several boilers in this complex, but if I were to go on vacation for six weeks, there wouldn't be a solution that would suit him either. Please avoid installation company Embrechts, because they lack customer service. I don't need someone to be rude and call me for an appointment and come into my house to replace something. Normally, people who talk are helpful, but unfortunately not at Embrechts, who think they're the bosses in your own home. It's ridiculous!!

This company recently replaced a room thermostat in one of my properties. The replacement took 1.25 hours (two screws and a few wires), and they even delivered the thermostat for a price almost twice what you could order from Hornbach. I definitely won't use this company again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Something that normally costs €150 easily costs over €300 with this company.
