Six weeks ago, I requested a quote for repairing a leak in my bathroom and simultaneously replacing the existing shower enclosure. I was given four weeks to respond (due to our vacation), but received nothing. After that, I called twice to ask when the quote would arrive, and they promised to get back to me. And now I've just received a call saying they couldn't find a suitable enclosure 1.60 meters high at their supplier. And if I find one myself, they won't install it. End of story, six weeks of waiting for nothing with a leaky and unusable bathroom. And then there's the meaningless apology that "they've been very busy and they haven't been sitting around doing nothing these past few weeks."

I can't recommend this company. Several problems with a new-build house, and no action whatsoever to fix them. The water and drain connections in the kitchen were 10cm too high, and the response was, "Can you send a photo?" Now, the underfloor heating, sections of which aren't heating, and the response was, "Can you send a photo?" The toilet drain isn't draining. They came by and left, but there was no solution because there was nothing wrong, but the toilet still isn't draining. Yes, photos are needed, but no solutions yet. My advice: ignore them and find a different plumber. I have to give them a star rating to post. Perhaps if they find solutions, I'll revise my rating. Is it Denissen's fault?!

I was greeted politely during my initial phone consultation. After that, I was able to quickly schedule a repair, and the technician did a great job. Very happy with it!

Our bathroom was completely renovated. Beautiful work, everything perfectly planned. It was fixed in two weeks. We feel completely taken care of!
