Terrible. Never keeps any appointments. NEVER do business with them!! They completely let us down with the bathroom installation. They don't respond to emails, apps, or phone calls. Not a single star. Unfortunately, I had to give them a 1-star rating for a review.

Unreachable! Does not respond to phone calls or voicemail messages. Does not make any effort to call back despite several repeated calls to do so! Apparently does not take responsibility for maintenance of installed devices.

Doesn't keep his appointments, we agreed on some things but after 3 months still haven't kept the appointment!
