I called this company on Sunday and was transferred to the breakdown service. They told me to figure it out myself. So I was standing in the cold, had no hot water, and had to figure it out myself, even though I had called the breakdown service. Good service, thanks.

Two weeks ago, I had my central heating boiler replaced by Simons. They provided excellent information and made clear agreements. Two professional installers were finished in two hours, resulting in a price that was €300 cheaper than agreed upon. That's really good, and you don't see that often. I highly recommend Simons for your new boiler. And the boiler works perfectly!

I've been working with Simon B.V. from Voorthuizen for years. Very satisfied. Honest company. In May, we received a quote for a new central heating boiler. Due to high demand, scheduling an appointment proved difficult, but after insisting, two technicians arrived within a few days. They were polite, calm, and hard-working young technicians. Installation was completed within three hours, and the old boiler was removed. Very professional. Excellent.
