Bought a new-build house with Adams installations. Worthless. The heat pump kept malfunctioning, and it was delivered without a Wi-Fi code to connect to your phone. The bathroom extractor fan also broke down after six months due to improper installation. They're just idiots at Adams.

An Adams technician came for the annual inspection of our central heating boiler; we had already reported that we regularly smelled gas. As soon as he entered, he took a measurement and indeed, we had a gas leak. The technician fixed it very professionally and, of course, thoroughly checked the boiler at the same time. The maintenance naturally took longer than usual, but it was completed very skillfully and without rushing. Contact with the company itself is also always very pleasant; you are spoken to politely and they are always willing to answer your questions. Top Service!!!

Requested a quote for a heat pump four (!) months ago. Finally, the quote contains an error regarding the subsidy they deduct from their price excluding VAT. No apologies. I also ask critical questions about the configuration that prompted the issue, and then get the response that I should keep looking. The price was also far too high because they conveniently assumed future price increases. Clearly, there's plenty of work to be done, and they don't care for critical questions/comments. Editor's note: You don't appreciate feedback at all, otherwise you wouldn't refer me to another installer for critical questions. I'm posting anonymously because the whole world doesn't need to know what and where I buy. Ever heard of privacy? Did you think, just kick them instead of paying attention to a potential customer who wants to spend thousands of euros? That says a lot about your company.
