Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Verheek. Initially, they promised the work on our house would take place in late November or early December 2024. Months of contradictory communication followed: first it was supposed to be February, then late March or early April. Ultimately, nothing happened until May 2025. Despite repeated contact, we received no clear answers and no concrete schedule. The communication was chaotic, inconsistent, and unprofessional. What made it even more galling was the unfriendly tone of voice on the phone. Instead of offering helpful advice or showing understanding, we felt like difficult customers. As a result, we completely lost confidence in the company and ultimately had to cancel the job. We do not recommend Verheek if you are looking for reliability, clear agreements, and respectful communication.
