Four years ago, I had a completely new central heating system and hot-air heater installed. The workmanship was impeccably finished, and clear information about further services was provided. Appointments were honored, and maintenance, with clear explanations, was carried out excellently. All in all, satisfied with De Goede Verwarming.

They don't keep any agreements or promises. My mother, at 86, has a boiler in her house that's almost as old. De Goede Verwarming has always done the maintenance, so I thought: I'll ask them to replace the boiler. That was last summer, and we wanted the boiler replaced before winter. According to De Goede Verwarming, that would be no problem at all. However, after waiting two months, we finally received a quote, only after I contacted them by email and phone. I immediately accepted so they could install before winter, but despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they haven't succeeded. I'm done with constantly having to chase them up. It seems they either have more than enough work, or they're only interested in boiler maintenance, which is probably more lucrative for them.
