Upon returning from vacation, unfortunately, there was a fault with the central heating boiler, so no hot water. I called in the morning, and just after lunch, Berry was already at the door to fix the problem. Excellent service!

Great guy, and he helps you quickly. We had a leaking faucet that needed to be fixed on Sunday. After a few texts, he came by and the problem was quickly resolved.

Due to sound advice and a lot of limescale problems, I bought a water softener (Kinetico) from Instal Made! Fast and accurate service. About 3 months later, and no limescale to be seen!

Good advice and clear communication. After two malfunctions, which Berry quickly resolved, he scheduled an appointment for a new central heating system. Within a day, I received a personalized quote and was able to quickly schedule an installation appointment. Berry is a friendly technician who offers solutions and doesn't leave you out in the cold.
