After a rather pointless inspection in October by a technician who preferred being away from home, our boiler broke down last weekend. No hot water, no heating. After a brief chat with Rick, he arrived that same evening to give us a nice, heated home again. 0 stars for the previous technicians, 5 stars for Rick!

Today, January 30, 2026 I had a faucet installed in my bathroom sink. It needed replacing. Because of the old pipes, the technician had to return to the shop to pick up fittings. This didn't take long. I'm very satisfied with the work and the friendliness of the technician, and I'm happy with my new faucet!

Bert, the mechanic in the Gelderland region, replaced the washing machine tap in no time... He also very skillfully noticed that the drain pipe had cracked because the parquet was rising slightly... and immediately installed a new one... A pleasant experience with Bert.
