Waiting one year with this review. In 2020 I was looking for AC with 4x rooms and 1x external unit. LG as preferred brand & heat pump as additional feature. Every single person from iNN TENS team has provided excellent service and English was never an issue. Maikel provided offer in May 2020, Installation completed by Marcel and Marco in August 2020, Maintenance done by Remco In November 2021. During that time I had no issues with my AC/heat pump. Offer from iNN TENS was the only one in English! All documentation in English as well. Dislikes: Long waiting time between offer and installation. I'm very happy with service and I recommending iNN TENS!

After many visits and quotes, I was convinced that Inntens would install my air conditioning system. From the first visit, they were honest about delivery and turnaround times. They also provided excellent advice, took every question seriously, and answered promptly. Inntens was easy to reach by phone and email. The installation went smoothly, all the mess they made was removed, and my request to not hear anything about the condensate pump was very well implemented. 5/5 I found the right company! The price was also the lowest of all the quotes. A nice bonus! I would definitely recommend Inntens. And in a year or two, they'll be doing my maintenance as well. Thanks again!
