The installation of the solar panels was excellent, and although there was a slight delay in receiving the login details for the app, the team was ultimately very helpful in getting my account set up successfully. With a bit of improvement in communication, the overall experience would be even smoother.

Don't call the phone number listed on Google; it belongs to an elderly woman in a nursing home. The company is unreachable by phone, you won't get a call back, and if you're lucky, you might get an email with vague promises like "we'll come and look at your problem when we're nearby." My solar panels have been giving an error message all summer and are still under warranty. I'm hoping for a solution soon, but given the other reviews, I'll have to be patient; I don't have much faith.

Two years ago, I purchased solar panels from this supplier. Since then, I've never been able to see how much electricity they generate because I was supposed to receive a box that would be required for this. I had to call at least fifteen times to receive the box, and each time, I was told it wasn't available. After waiting six months, I finally received the box, but it turned out to be the wrong one. A year later, after much patience and several more phone calls, I received the correct box three months ago. However, now it turns out there's constantly no technician available to install it. The salesperson, Rob, who sold me the solar panels, has blocked me on WhatsApp. It seems this supplier's priority is attracting new customers, probably because of an attractive commission scheme. I've called several times, but customer service is only available two mornings a week. Sometimes they don't answer, and when they do, they politely keep me on the line without offering any concrete solutions. They promise someone will be there soon, but the abolition of the net metering scheme makes this even more difficult. Red lights are flashing on my inverter, and my energy company has confirmed that no electricity is being generated. I raised these concerns with them a year and a half ago, to no avail. Now that the seller has blocked me, I'm trying to share my story this way. My advice to anyone considering buying solar panels here: be careful and think carefully before doing business with this supplier.

2 jaar gelden zonnepanelen laten plaatsen. Sinds januari 2025 doet onze app het niet meer. We hebben meerdere keren gemaild, maar krijgen geen reactie. Een telefoonnummer is niet beschikbaar. Onze enige ingang via een verkoper is uitdienst. Ik raad iedereen af om hier GEEN zonnepanelen te bestellen!
