Very friendly appraisers. They took the time to appraise our house, and we received a comprehensive report. The comment about the "dated toilet with a standing bowl" may be valid from a general perspective and for buyers, but in our case, it was a very deliberate choice. The appraisal was higher than expected. All in all, very satisfied.
