We highly recommend this firm for expats. We came here as fresh expats (~2 years in NL) and without a good grasp of the NL housing market. The housing market in NL is quite crazy and Ryan, our financial adviser, really patiently explained to us the things that we had to be aware of. Specifically, unlike other Hypotheeks, he made sure that we were eligible for the mortgage that we were applying for. We had an experience in another Hypotheek that they said that we can afford this X amount but never explained about overbidding and requirements for mortgage, which was super dangerous for us as we are expats. But Ryan made sure that all our documents were all good before we started finding a house. He also helped checking all the Dutch legal documents (i.e., purchase deed, mortgage offers, etc.) which was really crucial. If you are an expat and you want to have a secure mortgage application and house hunting experience, go to this firm.

Im not from Nederland and i was zzp just 3 years and my wife dont work cant be worse 2021 i have my first experiance with Martin he help uss to arange our first hypotek like i mention above im in 3 categories where bank will easay say sory NO NO .... And here comes Martin he help uss arange everythink true fully process, was alway avelible to ansfer all my quections from everything we didnt understand. 2024 we selling our first house and moving somewhere else just because we had soo good experiance with Martin we come back to him.. And he didnt disapoint again he arange everything helpin uss also wih very good makelar,... etc etc about paper work and what i looking on his screen dont ask me is for me abrakadabra but he fix from beginning to the end so if someone is interesting to visit his office i will say stop looking by other companies if Martin cannot arange it then nobudy here around cannot fix it i sadly can give only 5 star review but,.. buying or seling your house you dont do on daly basis and i defently recommend to do by Martin
