Incredible company. Had a meeting in 2019, after which we decided to postpone the buying of a house for one year. Got called by them in Q1 to check if we are still interested, together agreed to wait for the mid-year report. Called them back in July at which they raised the price, didn't schedule any calls/meetings without downpayment and spoke in a very unfriendly manner.

Because my rental house was going to be sold, I started looking into whether it would be possible to buy a house. I then had an appointment with Erwin Tuit. He explained to me how much purchasing power I had and which package would be suitable for it. This involved a package of 1500 euros. At first, communication went well. But I quickly noticed that it was getting worse and worse. When I called, he wouldn't answer and would say he would call me back. But this never happened. After a few attempts, I managed to secure a house. I must say that, thanks to Erwin's expertise, this was indeed a possibility. However, when I asked about the buyer's costs, he said he would share them. This never happened. And to my shock, the bill wasn't 1500, but close to 5000. I was never consulted about the fact that this package no longer fits and that I need to pay more (the invoice also didn't state exactly how he arrived at this price). Furthermore, this was handled without a notary, which I found strange. In addition to this, he had promised to help me with the tax returns. But this took so long that I just did it myself. I am glad that Erwin helped me so that I could buy a house. But I feel that the process was handled very unprofessionally. Poor communication, failure to honor certain agreements, and increasing the bill without informing me—with such a high increase—I find this quite shameful.
