A very kind and helpful gentleman, but he was simply too busy (...?), which meant my request/issue got lost. Despite his kind and sincere apologies, something like this shouldn't have happened, and I was disappointed, and three weeks later. I'm giving this 3 stars for his time, listening to my story, AND his honesty, politely admitting his mistake, and referring me to another mortgage broker.

Cees provided excellent and efficient assistance. He was proactive and came up with solutions we hadn't even thought of ourselves. We had a rather complex and unusual situation, but he handled it with ease! Thanks to his extensive experience, he was also able to provide us with excellent information and take the burden off our shoulders.

Excellent service and expert advice. Gouda Hypotheekvisie handled the entire mortgage application process fantastically, down to the last detail and including all the fine print. Communication was also excellent. In short, very satisfied. Highly recommended.
