My wife and I recently bought a house. To arrange a mortgage, we contacted Marcel Hanswijk. After our first conversation, we were both immediately convinced we'd come to the right place. It felt familiar, and we received expert, and perhaps most importantly, REALLY honest, advice. Marcel clearly explained what was wise and what wasn't. Since I only started my own business a year ago, I was hesitant about whether a mortgage would even be possible. However, Marcel explained this clearly and concisely, and indicated that there were definitely options. Following our conversation, our accountant provided all the necessary figures, after which the process was quickly initiated. Unbelievable but true: a week later, we were able to sign for our mortgage. In short: excellent communication, extensive expertise, fast processing, and above all, honest advice.
