Our case was simple, yet after 6 weeks Hypotheek Visie and Chon still had nothing under control. Deadlines kept shifting, and calls or messages often went unanswered. The biggest mistake: the valuator wasn’t briefed, resulting in a valuation over €100K too low — even below the funda price. This cost us time, money, and a lot of stress. Instead of supporting us through our first home purchase, we ended up doing much of the work ourselves. For them it was just another file; for us it was our first home together — a process that should have been exciting but turned into a nightmare of delays and extra costs. Very disappointing.

Highly recommended! We are extremely satisfied with Chon's help in securing our mortgage for our first home. We are extremely satisfied with the results. Chon helped us tremendously with obtaining a mortgage and purchasing our house. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable advisor, and we navigated the process smoothly. The only downside was the communication. For example, I frequently didn't receive confirmation that my email had been received, so I didn't know if my question or request had been processed. We also went through the documents we signed for, and the remaining information (date and our name) was supposed to be filled in by Hypotheekvisie, only to have it not be filled in, and the bank would then return it to us with the message that the forms were incomplete. These are minor details, but they made some things seem a bit messy to me. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the guidance and the results!
