My partner and I purchased our first apartment today with the help of Rick and Marielle and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us. Their support and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend the Hypodomus team to anyone interested in buying an apartment.

The initial impression from Hypodomus was decent. They sold our apartment quick and at the price we asked. In general, they did the job but did not go above and beyond in any way. We were not overall impressed with their services. However, after the sale of our apartment they continued to contact us for months (over half a year of contacting us) asking us to settle the starting costs which we had settled at the very beginning of doing business. Despite sending them multiple emails with the transaction attached, they continued to contact us trying to make us pay, once again, for costs we had paid and proved. Not only is it annoying but it's poor customer service. Ultimately we would not use their services again and would not recommend them to others.

Excellent buying experience, even during the “Great Covid Housing Scramble”! Rules for negotiating a price went out the door in 2021, but Martijn was exceptionally talented at guiding us through the buying process and even helped us view houses (and spot things we wouldn’t have otherwise noticed). I’ve already recommended Martijn to friends and colleagues.
