Hello! In 2017, I had an awning installed. It was 917.5 cm wide and had a drop of 280 cm. In 2024-2025, all the stitching was loose. Always handled it with care. Gone. It turns out the stitching wasn't good and has now been replaced with Tenara thread. That's beautiful. You're not going to fix this. The company that installed it can't do anything about it. Six years ago, I had two Hylas drop-down awnings installed. Exactly at the five-year mark, the stitching gave out. Completely rotted. Now I use these awnings 10 times a year. Absolutely unacceptable. Warranty? No, after all, five years had passed. A goodwill gesture? Not at all. It's remarkable that they switched to this thread. I will never use them again, both professionally and personally.
