Had extremely unpleasant experience with this makelaar. Very unprofessional. Huysvisie was acting as verkopend makelaar for house that we were interested in. Everything was going through our aankoopmakelaar. After receiving the news that our offer was accepted and that we got the house, three hours later we got a call that actually another offer was accepted in the meantime and that we 'lost' the house. Who does that? How unprofessional and unethical can you be? Have you heard of negotiation tactics? I would not trust these people. If you don't know how to negotiate fairly between selling and buying party, then don't advertise and don't sell houses.
