Excellent service and very quick on-site service. After bad experiences with a competitor of Hut Techniek, we finally found this company through the Honeywell website. The owner came by the morning after the call to determine what was needed for the installation of a Honeywell Evohome. A competitive quote was provided, and it was supposed to be installed a week later. However, that same afternoon, I received a call saying that another job had been postponed due to the weather (outdoor work) and that they could come the next day, if that would work. Well, absolutely! The next day, everything was neatly installed, and a clear explanation was given. While they were there, they immediately fixed a problem with the washing machine and replaced the 22-year-old expansion vessel in the boiler. Very happy with this fast and efficient service. I'd happily have them come again any time.

Always making excuses. When it comes to warranty claims, this person will withdraw and never bother. After more than three months and 10 calls, I still haven't received a simple part for the mechanical ventilation system. Now, when I call to ask when the part will arrive, they react irritably and hang up. I still don't have a part and never expect to get one. He has very little respect in his communication, and I strongly advise against this "shack."

A reputable company, and they won't leave you out in the cold! In September, our boiler broke down, and you want a new one ASAP, especially if you're a family with three young children. I contacted Bertus, and he came by the next day (a Friday) to assess the situation and provide a quote. When I asked when they could install it, he said he could do it Monday morning and would reschedule another job. They've now installed new boilers in several houses on our street, and everyone is satisfied.

Yesterday, December 1st, the big boss was supposed to come by to advise us on our question!... I called around 3:30 PM to ask if the good man was still coming... His answer was, "I can't find your note anywhere, I get 25 calls a day," he replied. He politely asked, "Do you still have time to come by?"... Well, "NO," was the immediate answer, "I'm ready to go to the pub!!! So, the pub is much more important than visiting customers... I'm speechless when you treat customers like that." You can read about over 40 years of experience on his website, so I hope it'll be over soon with your approach... I understand that things are sometimes forgotten, but I find this comment inappropriate. So, HUT Techniek will definitely not be coming to my Hut again. I immediately called someone else and even came by after 5:00 PM, and he was up for the challenge... So, that's how it can be done!
