Hello, I'd like to share my experiences with VdRuitenbeek Installations regarding the supply and installation of SIGenergy home batteries, a gateway, and a charging station. I spent a considerable amount of time researching and finding a good supplier of the aforementioned equipment. I called VdRuitenbeek's sales representative, Dirk vd Zwan. This man has extensive knowledge of energy, including home batteries. He was able to answer all my (technical) questions immediately and instilled a great deal of confidence in me. And that confidence was certainly not betrayed. The installation team arrived at the door on the agreed-upon date and time. After a thorough (re)inspection and determining the best place to install the batteries, they got to work. It was a huge job and extended into the early evening, but they persevered until the installation was complete, and it worked perfectly right away. I switched to Frank Energie because Frank is currently the only energy company in the Netherlands that deals with energy imbalances using a dynamic contract. What's the result of my installation? I charge the batteries with solar energy. When there's a power shortage on the market, Frank E. draws electricity from my batteries at a high kW price. When the batteries can be replenished and there's a surplus, Frank E. supplies energy for "a handful of peanuts" per kW. So it works both ways, to my advantage. If there's a surplus and my batteries are already full, I get a notification that I can charge my electric car cheaply. And... if the grid goes out for a while, I won't notice it because the batteries take over immediately without a dip. In short, I'm a very satisfied customer and can recommend Vd Ruitenbeek Installations to anyone looking for advice and considering purchasing an energy system. Van de Ruitenbeek recently installed a WeHeat hybrid heat pump for us. This was a conscious choice because I have known Peter for quite some time and he is knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly; agreements are honored, and they are proactive in thinking along with you. The service is excellent, and they take the time to ensure everything is completed properly and works optimally. Questions are always answered. Could it be cheaper? Probably, but then you have to accept a lot of hassle and costs afterwards, and that the installation isn't done properly. At Van de Ruitenbeek, you are in good hands!

While looking for good service for our Solar Edge smart hot water unit, I saw a project from this company on LinkedIn, where they had installed 20 units at a holiday bungalow park in Voorthuizen. We'd had quite a bit of trouble with this unit and had to wait seven months for service from Solar Edge, so I thought I'd contact the company and see what happened. They quickly got the unit up and running again, and one thing led to another. After thorough preparation, we expanded our system with Sigenergy, including EMS and a battery, and these guys faced the necessary challenges of integrating our existing system. During the preparation, we communicated very clearly where the bottlenecks were, and they anticipated them brilliantly. We are very happy with the outcome.

In mid-August 2025, a Sigenergy system was installed for us, to our complete satisfaction. The work was done efficiently, and the installers were friendly. We also received extensive guidance, including on how to use the app. Very satisfied!
