Bij Huis op Kavel zijn we gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en bouwen van traditionele, duurzame woningen. We werken nauw samen met onze klanten om hun woonwensen concreet te maken. Naast het bouwen van individuele woningen, ontwikkelen en realiseren we ook projectwoningen. We houden ons op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen van bouwkavels en kopen regelmatig bouwkavels aan.
Bij Huis op Kavel bouwen we traditioneel, met ambachtelijke uitvoeringstechnieken en traditionele bouwmaterialen. Het resultaat is een kwalitatief hoogwaardig huis.

A great experience with Huis op Kavel, with short lines of communication and easy access. We clicked right from the start. The house completely met our expectations. We're also extremely satisfied with the contractor and the installer. Leon is a great guy and easy to communicate with. All in all, a very positive experience.

We contacted Leon Scholten of Huis op Kavel online. We were looking for a specific type of home, but one that naturally fit our budget. We found the basis for our dream home (model Anne XXL) within Huis op Kavel's portfolio. Contact was quickly established. In a few very pleasant meetings, during which Leon provided us with advice and tips, we quickly arrived at some beautiful adjustments and details compared to the basic design, all while keeping within our budget. We received professional guidance and, where necessary, pointed out key points, such as style and (aesthetic) design. Huis op Kavel offers a clear step-by-step plan, quality and craftsmanship, and practical knowledge. Leon was also open to our input and ideas. The drawings and adjustments were clearly communicated. The house was ultimately built by Vissers Bouw from Beneden Leeuwen. We are also very satisfied with their expertise: knowledgeable, reliable, neat, good communication, always consulting and providing tips when in doubt, and dedicated staff.

Huis op Kavel provided excellent support during the construction of my first home. From the very beginning, Leon and his team were very involved and always easy to reach. They think along with you and are proactive when things need to be arranged, etc. I had a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend Huis op Kavel!

Right from our first conversation with Leon, we knew HuisOpKavel had what we were looking for. We were given the opportunity to create our own unique home from various house types.
