Dear, After waiting so long and not receiving a response, I've decided to write a review. Mr. Huijgen initially seems like a friendly real estate agent, but unfortunately, he doesn't keep his promises. The viewing went well, and we even submitted an offer. We were told we'd be called back, but two weeks later, still no response. When we contacted him, the response was that he hadn't received a response from the seller yet. I think this could be done differently. Nobody likes being kept on the phone. It would be better if you explained the situation directly. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone who wants to know where they stand. AFTER YOUR RESPONSE, YOU DO HAVE TIME TO RESPOND TO MY REVIEW IMMEDIATELY. Apparently, I've struck a chord with you. And besides, you apparently treat buyers differently. It's normal for people to get feedback after they send an email or request a response. That doesn't apply to everyone, though.

I viewed the property and made an offer. I called afterward to check everything had arrived safely. Mr. Huijgen said he would submit the offer to the seller and let me know. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, I saw that the property had been sold, and as promised, I didn't call or email back.
