Today I had a negative experience with Kapaan. We confidently hired them to replant our small garden. They sent a friendly but relatively inexperienced employee who didn't know what to do and didn't have the right materials with him. After numerous text messages, I finally got through to the manager. While I was expressing my dissatisfaction and advocating for their employee, he hung up the phone. I sent another email, but there was no response. The employee left without carrying out the instructions. Conclusion: our garden is probably too small for them and they don't want to invest any energy in it, but they should be honest and talk to their customers. It's a shame it turned out this way, but we wouldn't recommend this company.

What top-notch service was provided today. Our apple tree was leaning very much; I contacted them yesterday to see if they could come by. And they fixed it this morning, even though they are on vacation!! That is just amazing. Happy me.

We found Kapaan through word of mouth. With so many wishes we couldn't quite manage ourselves, they created a beautiful design that met all our requirements. We were quickly added to the schedule and didn't have to wait months before we could enjoy the garden. Once they started, they created our front and back garden with passion and professionalism within a week. From paving to planting, these guys know their stuff! They worked so meticulously that there wasn't a single grain of sand or debris left for us to clean up around the house.
