A very dishonest and irresponsible company. While pruning bushes, the employees took no precautions to protect nearby cars. This damaged the car's paint. When asked why this happened, they shrugged and said it wasn't us! I strongly DO NOT recommend this company unless you want to pay the extra costs resulting from their unprofessionalism!

Because we just moved, we hired De Haan, as the previous residents also had them for garden maintenance. The pruning itself was beautiful, but what a disaster with the conifers! They've been dead for quite some time, but De Haan hadn't noticed. Bad for a landscaping company. So we had to do the work ourselves. They did manage to calculate the costs, I think around €38.50 per person, even though they had one intern. We sent Erik an email about this, but as you might expect, no response. It's bad publicity, and definitely VERY NEGATIVE word-of-mouth advertising. Next year we'll go for a GOOD gardener; these are bunglers.

Today, May 4th, is Remembrance Day. At 7:30 in the morning, gardener De Haan is chopping down trees and putting them in a tree-pulverizing machine. I think this is absolutely unacceptable! Because you're being woken up by that damned, incredibly noisy machine! And this on Saturday, May 4th, Remembrance Day! The whole neighborhood is being woken up by this. Gardener De Haan, please do something about this!
