We called for flea control because we no longer trusted our previous exterminator. We called in the morning and had the treatment started that afternoon, while the other exterminator came to do an inspection first and didn't arrive for a few days. Houben gave honest advice, and we felt comfortable and confident after the treatment.

Unfortunately, there was a wasp nest under the roof tiles, and a few kept coming in. That's definitely not what you want. We called Tom, and luckily he was able to come quickly. The wasps were gone quickly, and we could walk around our house feeling reassured. A fantastic job.

We are renovating an old farmhouse from 1868. Unfortunately, some beams were infested with woodworm. Mr. Houben handled this expertly. The communication was also excellent. There was a possibility that our first appointment might have to be rescheduled. We were notified a week in advance, but other companies did!
