We are SO happy with the service provided today for our underfloor heating system; it's beyond words. Our problem was resolved and mapped out within 35 minutes. The entire turnaround time for the problem, including testing and a faulty thermostat, was brought back to life. That's how it should be: no nonsense, just knowing and understanding what you're doing. Four years ago, we had our house renovated and completely replaced, including a brand new underfloor heating system from UPONOR. The installer at the time was notorious for poor service and insulting us as customers: "Bear in mind, it turned out to be an expensive installation, and you should expect some level of service and attention when gas consumption was three times higher than expected/our experience." Ultimately, we resolved the issue with a third party. Recently, a thermostat wasn't working, leaving part of the living room unheated. Finding a solution for this became nearly impossible for us. We turned back to the tiling company that was the main contractor for the installation at the time: their tiling work was excellent. But our relationship with the installer was/is downright poor. He gave us a new contact regarding the UPONOR issue – that turned into a two-week ordeal, with the new installer spending hours sitting next to the distribution station. Ordering a new thermostat, the installation failing, etc. This installer then had no time for days and ultimately didn't come. For a teak job, we went to the neighboring company, HOSPES, and they referred us to them. After a pleasant conversation, we were finally relieved of our stress today. Phew. At the end of the day, the house is starting to feel comfortable again.
