Arranging a new bathroom was easy and everyone we worked with was very friendly. Unfortunately we had had a miscommunication about what work was going to be done to the interior frame, but when we communicated our concerns with the office, a good solution was discussed right away and followed through with in a timely, professional matter. We really appreciated the additional assistance.

We have windows for the entire house and main door replaced from Horsten Kozijnen. They have good English speaking front office and handful of technicians also who speak English. We were lucky to have English speaking staff at the beginning of discussion until the installation of Windows and doors. Technicians(Aart, Tim and Stephan) who came for the installation were wonderful- they knew their job perfectly , they were friendly, they deserve atleast 4 stars. The review am writing is with respect to planning. The reason for giving 3 star is - with respect to planning. Horsten Kozijnen buys frames and glasses from different companies and installs them. The problem we had- there was no proper communication between Horsten Kozijnen and the glass supplier though they claim to be working together for several years. On the day of Installation- Its was minus 4 Deg Celsius, the technicians came ripped off all the windows , doors. I asked where are the glasses - what if the glasses don't come . Technicians told that this is normal procedure and that the glass supplier never misses. After 2-3 hours of work they got to know that glasses will not be delivered , by now you can imagine minus 4 degree outside and no glasses. The technicians then called the office, arranged for normal 4 millimeter thick glass and put them temporarily. we were told within 2 days the glasses will be delivered, but it took 4 days from the day the frames and doors were removed. Finally on 5th day the glasses came in and upon several discussion their technicians arrived and finished the job by 17.00hrs One of the rooms they have installed iplus 1.1 glasses which they never told me , later I was checking the labels on all the glasses and I noticed all of them had HR++ while one of the glasses had iplus 1.1. Till today none of them have explained me that they have placed a different glass, atleast they should have told me why this difference and is that equivalent to HR++.

Very friendly and quick service. We have only booked our windows now, waiting for the results. They are very flexible which cannot be said for some other window companies where we enquired for our renovation project.

Nice, but very expensive. They don't provide indication prices on web site and don't create offer online. You have to come spend you and their time just to find out that it's probably most expensive regular doors in the area
