On June 11, 2020, I had a viewing for a property. In my rush, I forgot to ask about the completion date. Upon arriving home, I called the ERA Hoofddorp office and passed my question on to the receptionist. I was told I would be called back. Still no answer that same day, so I called the receptionist again the next day. Once again, she said she would pass this on and that I would be called back. Today is Saturday, and you guessed it... I still haven't been called back. I find the way ERA Hoofddorp treats prospective buyers baffling. According to their website, it is stated that this real estate agent's formula is characterized by customer satisfaction. I wonder how they arrived at this conclusion? I am far from satisfied!! Unfortunately, there is no other way than to tick a star. I would have preferred the option to click NO star at all...
