We've been living in a new-build house since December 2015, and the air source heat pump, solar panels, and ventilation system were installed by Homij, who also offered a maintenance contract. This negative review concerns the service provided with the maintenance contract. Unfortunately, there isn't a competing company that also offers this service. We've noticed that several appointments haven't been properly honored, and emails aren't responded to. When we finally call, the tone is neither pleasant nor customer-friendly. Our impression so far is that if we don't take the initiative ourselves, nothing happens except for the bill. If the service doesn't improve, we'll switch immediately as soon as an alternative is available, or we'll choose to do without a contract and hire a handyman ourselves if problems arise. The service is very poor.
