Bad experience with this company. First visit seemed great, super relaxed reasurring and the guy seemed to know what he was talking about, we handed over our permit and asked for a dakkapel that matched the permit exactly... Installation day and it turns up as an anthracite grey box, window frames, walls etc, nothing like the colours or picture in the permit. I rang to ask how this happened and I was just answered by Franklin with 'well you signed the approval, won't hold up in court etc' it was very rude, I was expecting an apology or explanation how we ended up with something completely different to what we asked for. I don't know what any of the dakkapel terms are in Dutch so thought I was in safe hands handing over the permit and expecting to receive a dakkapel matching it... Apparently not with hollandia dakkapellen.

We recently had a dormer window installed by Hollandia Dakkapellen and are very satisfied with the entire process and the final result. The dormer is beautiful and was expertly installed. We especially appreciated that all agreements were met. When our situation changed, they even came to take additional measurements to ensure the right approach. Hollandia Roosendaal installed a dormer window for us, and we're very happy with it! The installation appointment was scheduled well in advance, and the dormer was installed within a day. They arrived early and promptly on time. We also had Hollandia finish the interior, which was done neatly that same day and the next. They were also willing to help with things like preparing for the spotlight installation. The excellent service and friendly staff ensured a beautiful result, which we are very happy with.
