What a great company this is! Two years ago, I bought an LG air conditioner (from a different company) with a 10-year warranty. After two years, the circuit board and compressor broke. Unfortunately, that company refused to come back. Through word of mouth, LG referred me to HOLLAND KOELSERVICE, Kiotoweg 307, Rotterdam. This company went above and beyond and ensured that the outdoor unit was replaced under warranty. WHERE WILL YOU FIND THIS SERVICE IN 2025? My sincere compliments to Mr. E. Jongste. The technician was very friendly and reinstalled and calibrated the brand new unit.

Highly recommended. They're very proactive and take on any challenge. I had them install four units. The job was completed in a day and a half. It was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were left spotlessly clean afterward. They vacuumed, wiped down the floor, took boxes, etc. Even put our shoes on and take them off every time because we have carpet on the stairs. The owner, Kevin, and the staff are also friendly and helpful. It also gives you a sense of security knowing they'll be there for you if needed. 5 stars isn't enough for this company.
