I have no idea about their service, but their staff are really rude. They came for a work on my neighbor and parked their very large truck in front of my house very early in the morning and left the diesel truck running without any consideration for the people around them. Asked them to stop but they couldn't care less. At least their staff is really poorly trained.

The large area that I wanted to insulate was under my living room and a caring wall was blocking access to that area. I consultant with many companies and Holland isolatie service gave me the best price and a suitable method to do the job. The only downside was the day they came to do the job was not aware if they had to drill a whole on caring wall, but when I contacted Robin he managed it in few minutes and technicians did it free of charge because it was not mentioned in the offer! They were not also equipped to do ventilation but when I contacted them few days after they came installed them. I highly recommend them for reasonable price and professional advice as well as quick job.

Had a nice conversation with the office staff who confirmed they do facade insulation and booked a consultation appointment. Received a call an hour before the appointment on the day to explain they could not do that time. It was clear they were finding every excuse not to do the job. I mentioned in the beginning of the call it is for facade insulation. Then about 4 minutes into the call he said they don’t do facade insulation. I look at this as dodging a bullet - trust was lost before it had a chance. Unprofessional and wasted my time.

First appointment I heard 10 minutes before they were to start that they would be coming 3 hours later. Then 3 hours later I got a message that they weren't coming at all. On the day of the reschedule however things went smoothly
