The planning here is absolutely out of whack! I've been waiting for a service appointment multiple times! But alas! Appointments are simply not kept. When you call, all you get is a laconic response: "That's annoying, isn't it..."

I had air conditioners installed. They weren't functioning properly. Frequent outages and poor cooling/heating. After 5 minutes of checking, they couldn't find anything, and the owner indicated that checking the entire outdoor unit and possibly repairing it would be expensive. I told them this was still under warranty, but that the cost wouldn't be a problem. I never heard anything back. I emailed, called. No contact. I was literally ghosted by a bad installation company. Edit after response: 100%. I wouldn't leave a bad review for the wrong company. My contact and maiden name are Stam. Documentation shows that you are the actual installation company that installed my air conditioners.

What a fantastic company! We've been in quarantine for a week because two family members tested positive. To make matters worse, the combi boiler broke down. We contacted four companies, even large ones refused to respond. And then Hol called... we won't leave you out in the cold. A technician was in full protective clothing, and after half an hour we had heat and hot water again. They are truly heroes at Hol. Thank you very much The L. de Vos family Alblasserdam

We've had several systems installed. Internal circulation with adjacent inlets and outlets in the roof, which is incorrect. This can't be fixed. If the underfloor heating breaks down during the winter within the warranty period, it's not a reason for emergency assistance. Within the warranty period, calling at least three times is essential. You practically have to beg to get the drawings and pump numbers for the underfloor heating in writing. They're quite nice people, but once payment is made, they're almost impossible to reach. Our advice: look elsewhere.
