So thoughtful, I saw Hofste on my street, and a plastic profile had come loose from my dormer window during one of the previous storms. I'm afraid to climb the ladder, so I spontaneously asked him to fix it. He came right away and fixed it! Very friendly, and free of charge!! Excellent service!
