The woman on the phone was lazy and rude. Over the past few months, Hofrijn has been doing a half-hearted job for DUWO at my address, and I've already asked them to remove my number because I was bothered by all the chaotic phone calls. Suppliers, their own employees, and my landlord were constantly being blamed. I have no direct complaint about Hofrijn's interim solution, and I'd like to emphasize that I certainly don't have any complaints about the professionals who, in my opinion, are doing the best they can. And I was already aware that the job is back on the agenda, without any rush and based on a reasonable quality requirement. Being addressed with (passive) aggression and having the responsibility projected onto me, like "it's your door," is precisely the kind of unwanted intimacy I wanted to avoid. And I'm not being "rude" because, in less than a minute, I had to stop a woman three times who kept harping on me for a different answer. Just give DUWO a little more than a working day instead of importing the next number with impatience and distrust.

These people are extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't keep appointments, and when you confront them about it, they're even willing to argue with you. I agree that they'll call me between 8 and 10 a.m. and give me half an hour to be at the location. They're already at my door at 7:15 a.m. and then happily drive away. I just took leave. When I call them to reschedule, they react with irritation. These people also think I should give them my house keys so they can work straight through. They're out of their minds.
