I contacted them about renovating my home, as they had recently done the appraisal for the purchase. Initially, I had some questions following my conversation with my mortgage advisor. The agent I spoke with answered my questions in a nonsensical manner, showed no interest or willingness to think along, and treated me as if I were asking silly questions. I emailed them back and never heard from them again.
