Our experience with HL Bouw en Montage was very positive from start to finish. Harrie and Nino took the time to consult with us to ensure we got the renovation we wanted. This is our first time doing renovations and they explained the whole process and detailed budget. We really appreciated this. The work started and ended on time. We were relieved that the project was so well managed. It meant the whole process was stress free. During the renovation, the house was always clean and care was taken to protect walls and stairs. All the workers were very professional and skilled. The quality of the work and their willingness to think along with us was fantastic. We are so pleased with the final result and we fully recommend this company.

What was excellent about our experience? - Open and straightforward discussion, in a mix of Dutch and English, with both Harry and Nino - Meedenken - They readily made suggestions based on their experience for what would look nice and how to solve some unexpected issues - Clear agreements, with detailed and transparent written information and communication; no surprises - Timeliness - Our project began and ended precisely as planned - The friendly and positive attitudes of the entire team - the entire time - Quality workmanship and management of the worksite - great attention to detail, careful work and the area was always tidied up at the end of the day - Reachability - Nino was reachable via several channels and responded promptly - Reasonable pricing/cost - We initially requested several bids, and found HL Bouw's bid to be very much in line with others; in the end the total cost was very close to what was expected - Resolutions of 'problems' - For the few that arose, Harry and Nino listened readily and worked with us to find mutually workable solutions All in all an excellent experience that has resulted in a greatly updated and more sustainable beautiful house. PS: It's good to stop by often during a project - which they welcomed - because even with the best communication, misunderstandings can happen.

In short: HL bouw en montage do what they promise! Within the set time frame they build a high quality garden house. They helped applying for a license and build the house according to specifications. They have a highly skilled work force and stayed within budget. Overall a very good experience!

We had HL Bouw from Wageningen carry out the complete renovation of our 1970s home. Their company history, the people who work there, and the fact that they have extensive equipment and expertise in-house were the deciding factors for us. Since the house had been extended several times over the years by the previous owner, HL had the challenge of creating a beautiful new home, working with our wishes. Furthermore, it was important to make the house as affordable and sustainable as possible. Since two families were moving into the house, everything had to be completed within five months. We were in daily contact during the project. We found the communication to be excellent. Even a miscommunication was resolved quickly and efficiently. The best way to illustrate HL's strength is with an example. During construction, we discovered that the roof needed to be replaced due to rotting timber cladding. It was a costly undertaking, and we had to decide within a single day whether we wanted to replace the entire roof. Once decided, HL arranged a whole team within two days to replace the entire roof in a single weekend. This prevented any delays to the regular renovation. For us, this is partly the strength of a contractor. Conclusion: A huge project where trust and collaboration are the foundation of such a project.
