We are incredibly satisfied with this driving school. Both our children got their driver's licenses here. They use a realistic lesson plan and pay a lot of attention to learning to drive properly and safely. The instructors are honest, dedicated, and clear, and they're not afraid to be strict when necessary—exactly what you want during driving lessons. At the same time, there's a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere with that typical Amsterdam charm.

This driving school is 100% recommended. I got my car license here in 2018 with Astrid. She was super friendly but also strict when necessary. This allowed me to get my license very quickly and easily. I also passed my practical exam on the first try. Now, in 2025, I also got my motorcycle license at Hippe, with Jamal as my driving instructor. It was a very enjoyable and educational experience. Jamal makes sure you get your license, but above all, he makes sure you're safe on your motorcycle and know what to do in every situation. His main priority is that you get home safely on your bike. Because of this, I also got my motorcycle license on the first try. I had a very good experience with the driving school; they are super helpful and can act very quickly when necessary. So, for anyone who wants to get their car, scooter, or motorcycle license, do it at HIPPE!

A really great driving school, and I should know, because I had gone through quite a few before Hippe and kept failing due to nerves, but certainly also because I had learned skills incorrectly. However, Lennie gave me amazing lessons and, with a lot of patience and attention, helped me unlearn everything and teach me the right way again. Her explanations are clear, and she really makes you understand the logic of the actions instead of just giving commands. She motivates you without being unrealistic. But if Lennie says you are ready... just trust her! Deservedly nominated for the nicest instructor in the Netherlands! Thank you, Lennie!

Super good driving school, the instructor tells you exactly what you're doing right and wrong, and the atmosphere is super friendly. I passed both my motorcycle exams on the first try.
