Our experience with HTS Installation Technology, known to us as "HIL-Trade," was extremely disappointing. It started with quotes that weren't sent on time, and when they finally arrived, they were full of errors and inaccuracies. Despite this false start, we decided to proceed because the quote had been taken at our home and we expected the process to proceed more smoothly. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. We awarded HTS the contract to install a heat pump and a previously purchased boiler, an investment of over €8,000. After our gas heater was removed, the installation process proved rather difficult, and they discovered that essential materials, such as the heat pump's control unit and an additional water pump, were unavailable. As a result, we were left without heating for a full four weeks in mid-November, even though they knew my wife was eight months pregnant. We ultimately arranged for some missing parts ourselves to avoid further delays; otherwise, we would likely have been without heating for even longer. Throughout this process, HTS Installation Technology offered no apology or responsibility whatsoever. What we did receive were excuses and excessive additional invoices of €4,000 for supposedly "extra work." After seeking legal advice, we made a competitive counteroffer for the extra work (which Hiltrade had forgotten to include in the quote), costing €800, which we duly complied with, along with a clear explanation. Instead of accepting this offer, HTS chose to engage a debt collection agency. I never write reviews, but our frustration has now grown to the point that I want to actively warn others about this company. Our experience with HTS Installation Technology was characterized by poor planning, failure to keep appointments, inadequate communication, and a complete lack of professionalism and knowledge of the product they sold us. We absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable partner for a heat pump installation. Be warned.

The day before Christmas, our family had no hot water in their bathroom. Luckily, we called through a trusted HTS (Higher Technical College). The central heating was repaired the same day, with excellent communication and service. We also immediately requested a quote for replacing our old boiler!
