Very bad service and incompetent company. After 3 years you may get a bill of their incompetent administrator which was not able to match with the settlement of billing. This company treats you very bad and without any respect if you contact by e-mail or phone. It seems that the owner of the company doesn't need customer as he has enough clients. Customer service is not in his dictionary. I don't recomend as broker nor administrator of your rent.

Literally a worthless appraisal by B. Dudok de Wit. He walked through the house disinterestedly within 10 minutes. He measured the house incorrectly based on the building plans, and only after insisting did he try to amend the report at the NWWI, without success. Result: the report can go in the trash, and I have to find a new appraiser for the appraisal. Not a single apology was made throughout this entire process. What an amateur and, above all, disrespectful person.

I'm very satisfied with Heyen Real Estate. I've never encountered a real estate agency that handles things as quickly and, above all, efficiently as Heyen. From contracts to service maintenance, or even if you have a small question, they're always there for you, and nothing is too much trouble. The communication was very smooth and pleasant.
