Extremely happy with my new PVC floors, plus carpet on the stairs. From start to finish, the service, communication, advice and workmanship from Het Rijswijkse Vloerenhuis were exceptional. I went with COREtec for most of the house and Beautifloor for the kitchen. I also got a new carpet installed on the stairs. The results have dramatically improved the house overall. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The level of care and attention provided can only come from a family-run business that genuinely takes pride in what they do.

I don't usually write reviews but this was impressively bad. I was given an 800 eur quote to lay a 'Leisteen zwart' Quickstep floor on a small 1,20m² bathroom, walked out of the shop. Called a week later to order 1x box of the same floor, was told they could not sell 1x and that the minimum order was 10x boxes. Absolutely avoid. I am genuinely surprised they are a 'gold' partner for Quickstep. Ended up ordering online from another shop in Rotterdam.

Way overpriced. Was looking for carpets for the whole house and was given a quote thats 1.5 times more than 4 other shops in the city.

Over two years ago, we had a beautiful PVC floor installed, everything went perfectly. Unfortunately, after a while, a major problem arose through no fault of anyone: several unsightly gaps appeared between the sections. Despite the company's best efforts to resolve the problem, they couldn't manage the existing floor... Ultimately, there was only one conclusion: replace the entire floor! We were allowed to choose a new floor, this time laminate, with stronger joints, we were told. Last week (February 2026), a very well-coordinated team came to complete the job. We must say: in a word: fantastic! Everything was handled very professionally and efficiently; everything had to be perfect again. The work pace was exceptionally high, there were hardly any breaks, and the atmosphere was excellent. We've rarely seen such dedication and professionalism! We are therefore deeply impressed that, despite the less pleasant circumstances, such fantastic work was delivered, with the sole aim of ensuring everything was (once again) perfect, and it was! We are therefore extremely pleased with the chosen solution and would like to sincerely thank Het Rijswijkse Vloerenhuis for their great effort and the beautiful result!
