Excellent contact with real estate agency Het Noorden. They honor their agreements. As is well known, the housing market is overheated, and with this in mind, we considered selling the house ourselves. However, due to the greater reach we had through the real estate agent, we decided to go for it (and secretly, the convenience, such as no phone calls, viewings, and the preparation of a preliminary purchase agreement). In hindsight, this decision proved to be a good one. We now had multiple viewings and offers. The house ultimately sold well to a family not (yet) living in Friesland. We're happy with our decision to sell the house through a real estate agent; otherwise, we might not have reached this family.

You blindly put everything in your description that's supposed to be in the house...which is clearly not true. Do a better job next time!! Maybe you should walk through a house before writing the description/ad. That's what you're a real estate agent for, isn't it? I thought...but no, with the North, you even have to check the agent's description because it's completely wrong!!! Bad service. If anyone buys another house, it definitely won't be through you.

Scammed! His wife manages the rental properties. She never even attended the rental agent course. Once you're renting, you can go to hell, no care for their clients. Life ruined. Shameful, what sane person would do something like that?
